The services provided by the Association will include the management and control of the common areas, improvement of the common areas, and equipping of the common areas.  (The common areas are those portions of Crestview Park East not identified by lot numbers and not dedicated for road, utility or drainage purposes.)  

This includes the maintenance of the common areas in a good, clean, attractive and sanitary condition, order and repair.  Common area maintenance will include grass cutting, tree and shrub maintenance, maintenance of grass areas, general cleaning, and trash removal and repair of facilities.

Public liability insurance covering the common areas and facilities will be provided by the Association as it deems necessary.

Finally, the Association will provide manpower and services necessary to effectively operate the Association and maintain its books and records.
